About CoHero Leadership

After reviewing the current approaches towards leadership assessment and development, CoHero Leadership was formed as a strategic alliance by two leaders with expertise in both areas: leadership and the psychology of learning and change.

Their research began in 2013, when in that same year The Leadership Quarterly published their results after reviewing 25 years of research on leadership development - with their conclusion as: "present practices are primitive." Now, hundreds of companies have CoHero Leadership teams.
