Our name evokes the importance of collaboration (or Co-Heroics), and comes from the Latin “Cohaere”: to connect, to embrace, to adhere, to join. Our effectiveness as leaders is determined in large measure by our willingness and ability to truly connect with those we wish to lead. Since neuroscience found we are wired for stories, our framework is also based on coherence, which means there is an alignment between Leadership, Change, and Story Thinking.
